We have a great opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a small knit team, based in Ramsgate. You'll be handling customer enquiries; mostly by email and sometimes by phone - highlighting the range of products, sending out quotations and following up on the information to translate into an order.
We are looking for someone that is technically minded, as you will need to be to explain the use and suitability of the equipment for specific customers confidently.
Your responsibilities include:
* Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
* Provide accurate quotations to customers and processing orders
* Updating the company database
* Liaising with Warehouse operatives of the orders, ready for preparation and dispatch
* General admin duties
This is an office based role, working Monday to Friday either 8:30am - 5pm or 9am - 5:30pm
