Based in Aylesford, Maidstone, this manufacturing business is seeking applications to this role to keep them on track with the growth in their order books.

The successful incoming person will be responsible for:

* Planning to efficiently meet customer demand through the Value Streams and develop and foster relationships with customers and clients
* Use the ERP system to manage material scheduling and production planning - Use of EPICOR would be advantageous with sound MS suite packages to support
* Track and implement improvements to the customer OTIF requirements
* Support the management team with operational planning and get involved with planning for NPD and Project work
* Participate fully in planning activities, meeting and reporting

To be successful in application you will be able to demonstrate previous production control and scheduling experience, preferably in a precision Manufacturing or Aerospace sector client environment. You will be proficient with using an ERP system and have a sound knowledge of Material Control/Purchasing. A strong, effective communicator with proven analytical skills to make necessary decisions and share information.
