Construction Insurance Broker
City of London, EC3
Our client is a leading broker in the UK real estate sector who provide a range of specialist, innovative insurance solutions to UK and international developers, contractors and construction industry professionals.
Due to successful growth our client is looking to strengthen their team by hiring 2 additional brokers / account handlers.
1 Senior Broker - 5 years + experience - Basic salary to £40,000 with OTE commissions of £10,000 p.a.
2 Broker - 1 years + experience - Basic salary to £30,000 with OTE commissions of £10,000 p.a.
You will work with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs, identify appropriate insurers, structure suitable policy coverage and negotiate terms for site values of £1M to £10M and sometimes higher pertaining to residential & commercial projects.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic business environment which will suit an ambitious, commercially minded individual who is keen to work in an environment where effort and innovation are recognised and rewarded.
Candidates MUST possess solid experience and understanding of UK construction insurance and marketplace.
