Due to growth, internal changes and promotions a vacancy has opened for a Registered Care Manager to join one of the UK Leading Home Care services in their Folkestone based office

Your new role

As the Registered Care Manager, you will be joining a team that specialise in working with customers and their families who require care in their own homes. They offer unique personalised services from daily check ins to live in carers.

Your key responsibility is to efficiently manage the day to day running of the business. Allocate resources and monitor performance to deliver high quality, safe and effective homecare to customers within budget. Manage all aspects of the staff team. Provide strong leadership so staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely.


What you'll need to succeed


* Experience of managing the delivery of social care services as a registered manager
* Knowledge of business management and business start up
* Experience of financial management
* Experience of care services, risk assessment and individual care and support
* Level 5 in Health and Social Care management is desirable
