Recruiting for Garden Maintenance Operatives for a summer contract which will lead into full time roles.

This will be to work as part of a fantastic, friendly team based in the Medway Towns. These roles are initially temporary but permanent positions may be offered to the successful candidates.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.00pm

Pay: £9.50 to £10 per hour with some overtime at weekends paid at an enhanced rate

This company offers first class training so if you have a keen interest in gardening they will train you. If you have previous experience in a similar role this would be advantageous but it is not essential.

The main duties will be working in a small team to assist with the maintenance of green spaces throughout the Medway Towns, this includes weeding, strimming, planting and grass cutting for which training can be given. Other adhoc duties such as clearance of rubbish and emptying of bins will also be included within the role.

You will be required to drive the company vehicle so successful candidates must hold a full UK driving licence, with no disqualifications and a maximum of 6 points for insurance purposes.

Due to the location ideally you should have your own transport to get to and from the site.
