IT Support Technician
Based in Northfleet, Kent
Full-Time Monday - Friday 37.5hpw

We are currently working in collaboration with an ever-growing Medical Manufacturer based in North Kent; who have a fantastic opportunity for an established IT Support Technician to join the business, to provide continuous support and service enhancements for both Software & Hardware used alongside the company's products.

As an experienced IT professional you will be required to be the first point of contact for incoming support queries. You will also be required to visit client site from time to time to help with hardware installation or offer hands on support with software.

Responsibilities of the IT Support Technician include:

- First point of contact for incoming support queries relating to business specific software system queries from the internal team and clients
- Qualifying and documenting the problems raised
- Responsible for handling support of service requests which relate to all technologies
- Providing remote online support for customer software installations and queries
- Assist with preparation of devices and materials for installation into client sites
- Co-ordinate installations and support queries for customers remote servers
- Escalate issues and liaise with Head Office to resolve customer issues
- Comply to regulatory and company health & safety policies and procedures

Candidate Profile:

- To be able install, configure, PC hardware, software and print devices
- Have experience with Windows 7,8,10 and Office 365 trouble shooting
- Have experience with CRM ticket systems
- Experience in PC Hardware and mobile devices trouble shooting
- Have at least 1 years hands-on experience in an IT focused support role
- Hold a full UK driving licence
