Fantastic opportunity for a switched-on Accounts Administrator to join a great employer based near Tonbridge.
This role is entry level and offers full training although some office experience would be preferred. This is a stable, varied role where you will work as part of a small, friendly team.
Duties will include:
* Processing invoices
* Reconciling bank statements
* VAT returns
* Entering and reconciling stock records
* Meeting and greeting all visitors, including taking deliveries
* Checking timesheets, inputting data and updating payroll software
* Managing petty cash
* Ordering office supplies
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent telephone manner
* Outstanding attention to detail
* Knowledge of Microsoft Programs
* Knowledge of Sage Payroll is advantageous
* Driving License and own vehicle is essential due to remote location
