Senior Finance Operations Officer

A great opportunity has arisen for a Senior Finance Operations Officer to join our well-established client, based on the outskirts of West Malling.

Duties will include:

* Supporting/Training a team to ensure work is implemented at a high standard

* Covering investment transactions and allocations of receipts

* Weekly reviews of work and reconciliations

* Referral point for complex Investment/Share Gift queries

* Providing cover for the team and Team Leader when required

* Compile and carry out new process training

* Daily/weekly work management and planning

The successful candidate will have previous experience within a finance role, possess people management skills and be able to use their own initiative to think outside the box.
