A highly successful company based in Aylesford are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
You will be taking inbound calls and emails from existing clients who are looking to place orders.
Duties will include:
* Taking inbound calls from existing customers;
* Processing online orders;
* Dealing with enquiries over the phone and by email;
* Resolving discrepancies with deliveries and orders;
* Data entry.
The successful candidate will be customer service driven who is highly organised with a high attention to detail and computer literate.
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
£9.95/hr (Equivalent of £19,490pa)
Parking on site.
