NEW PERMANENT POSITION, based TUNBRIDGE WELLS.
We need to recruit a good all round technical support person to work in an office based role in Tunbridge Wells.
Supporting a team of office and field based staff (over 75 users)your role will involve 1st, 2nd line technical support across a wide variety of tech (PC desktop, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers).
Excellent interpersonal skills essential as you will support over the phone, email and face to face across all levels of the business.
Ability to prioritise workload essential and experience of woking in environments of 50-200 staff useful.
Any broader skills across Information Security, GDPR, Networks, Remote Desktop and 3rd party supplier management useful as your role will be quite broad reaching, and help the senior management team make future IT strategy decisions.
Permanent role only, you do need to live within commutable distance of Tunbridge Wells and be a car driver.
