We are proud to be recruiting for just such a business … a rare opportunity has arisen to join as a Goods CONTROL Supervisor working full time 45 hours Monday to Friday, leading a small team to achieve the required levels of accuracy when picking, packing and despatching engineering orders for their customers.

You will present excellent people skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to work alongside the team, manage KPIs and performance levels and make improvements where necessary.

You will be able to draw on warehouse and stores based experience and be comfortable managing a small team for success.

You will be skilled at using IT systems to update stock and run the necessary reports for planning activity and presenting data to management on activity. Alongside this you will maintain the H&S of all staff and be involved in training and developing the skills within the team.

It would necessary for successful candidates to hold a driving licence and own vehicle due to the location and any FLT Certificate would be ideal
