This is a rarely available opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to work on a collaborative basis within the local business community, whilst managing an office environment.
You will be managing a business centre on daily basis, whilst developing business relationships in order to secure and retain tenants and engage with local businesses to provide support and advice. Duties will include reporting to a variety of stakeholders regarding occupancy, financial performance and pipeline opportunities, proactively monitoring all aspects of H&S for the internal and external building requirements to include monthly audits whilst liaising with a Property Manager regarding repairs and maintenance.
As a commercially astute individual, you will have a keen eye on market trends and be aware of business activities within the vicinity of the centre. There will be a variety of programmes operated and managed from the centre and ideally the successful candidate will have an understanding of business grants and providing guidance to business communities.
The role is being offered on a 2 year fixed term basis.
