Role: Criminal Solicitor



Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE



Location: Maidstone, with hybrid working available



Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive Criminal Solicitor to join their team, based in Maidstone, with flexibility to work remotely at times.



Duties include providing specialist legal advice and support within all areas of Criminal law, including participating in the Maidstone and West Malling Police Station rota.



The successful candidate will have:

* Relevant UK qualification to practise as a solicitor in the UK.
* Solid post qualification experience in Criminal law.
* A good understanding of the Legal Aid process.
* The ability to manage their own caseload from inception to conclusion.
