Senior Security Engineer

£52-60,000 + Bonus
The Atlas Recruitment Group are currently helping an IT Change & Transformation organisation to search for a professional to join their Security function on a permanent basis.
You will be joining a team of 10 Engineers as well as contract staff to ensure the Security operation remains resilient and operational for their 500+ internal users and customers across the Healthcare, Education, and Private Sector.
The role will be a mixture of reacting and resolving to incidents, system enhancements and project delivery work. Naturally, a background in IT Security will be necessary to hit the ground running.
The organisation are a Microsoft Gold Partner and utilise Microsoft Technologies so experience with Azure Security, MS Defender/Sentinel One will be required as well as various Security and Networking technologies such as Cisco products.
They currently run a fully remote operation with a number of offices spread throughout the Kent area so candidates will ideally be based in the South East of the UK.
Salary wise they are looking to pay a starting salary of £40-50,000 and a strong benefits package including a yearly bonus and various training opportunities.
