Job Title: Senior Estate Agent/ Sales Negotiator

Salary: £25k - £35k + commission

Location: Paddock Wood

Are you an experienced Estate Agent looking for your next step? Or a Senior Negotiator wanting to really make a difference?

Our client, a well-respected company dedicated to its staff, has an opening for a Senior Estate Agent to join their busy, supportive team.

Duties include:

* Completing market appraisals and associated documentations.
* Writing sales memorandums and commission accounts.
* Developing professional marketing material across a range of platforms.
* Managing and matching buyers to properties.
* Organising, matching and attending property viewings.
* Negotiating between buyers and sellers.
* Progressing sales to completion, including liaising with 3rd parties such as surveyors and solicitors.
* Promoting the wider services offered by the business where cross-selling opportunities have been identified.
* Supporting junior team members to develop and progress.
* Generating new business leads, both prospective buyers and sellers.

The successful candidate will have:

* Tenacity in progressing sales.
* Resilience in canvassing for potential sales.
* Confidence communicating and negotiating with others.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Great customer service.
* The motivation to work well to exceed targets under pressure.
* Really good self-organisation and record keeping, and a methodical, tidy approach to work.
* Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* A full driving licence, and car.
