We are currently exclusively recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Company (Enviro Eco Wall Panels Ltd) to be based with our team in our office on the outskirts of Canterbury, Kent. You may be working from our office on the outskirts of Dover, Kent temporarily to start off with.
The candidate will need to have 2+ years’ experience within Quantity Surveying, additionally, being degree qualified would be a benefit, but is not a requirement for this position.
Well developed reporting and organisational skills.
Preparation of Cost Plans and Bills of Quantities working on Enviro Eco Wall Panel system.
A team player, who is personable, confident and polite.
Well-organised with good time management skills and the ability to work to time critical deadlines.
Proficient in the use of MS office, CAD system and other programs.
Full driving licence to be held as candidate may be needed to work between company sites.
Hours: 08.30am – 5pm
28 days holiday per annum (this includes all bank holidays)
Salary based on experience.
