Are you an experienced Family Support Worker with knowledge of legislation relating to families and young people?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity in Thanet for a Family Support Worker to work for one of our clients who is very community focused working toward improving the lives of children and families, by helping people get into work.

In this role you would be working in family homes either on a part time or full-time basis.

Our client is offering a salary of £26,000 per year (pro-rata if part time)

As the Family Support Worker your responsibilities would include:

* Identifying and assessing the needs of families
* Monitoring and reporting progress to achieving objectives
* Developing and delivering programmes of support
* Raising any safeguarding issues
* Building relationships
* Help families to successfully exit the service
* Other tasks as deemed reasonable
