A really interesting, new role has become available for an experienced internal recruiter to join a busy Talent Acquisition team. Working as a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, interviewing and testing the best possible talent and managing relationships with a variety of stakeholder during this exciting time of growth. 

The role

- Responsible for the recruitment a variety of different levels and job disciplines
- Ensure a `best in class` candidate journey at every touch point in the recruiting process.
- Manage advert responses, conduct telephone interviews and make offers to candidates.
- Direct sourcing of candidates via databases, job boards, social media and referrals and using external recruitment partners
- Assisting in the design and hosting of assessment centres and other methods of candidate assessment
- Build a talent pools and pipelines for future needs and taking a strategic view of recruitment, working closely with senior stakeholders.
- Involvement in different initiatives/ projects to improve the candidate experience

The person

- CIPD Qualification
- A track record of success in agency and in-house recruitment.
- Proactive, bright and highly organised.
- High levels of emotional intelligence with the flair for building rapport quickly
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
