The Private Sector Division within Connect2staff cover interim and permanent commercial recruitment in the South East.
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join as a Trainee Consultant, working within an established and vibrant team you will be given training and support to learn all areas of recruitment. This is a real opportunity to step into a career in recruitment, which brings with it excellent earning and promotional prospects.
With this role comes a fantastic commission scheme as well as flexible working. As a business we have really enjoyed and adapted to the remote working setup during the pandemic and want to continue with some flexibility and modern working styles. We believe happy employees create a more productive workforce!
Experience isn't necessary but you must be confident, articulate, creative, tenacious and willing to put 120% into building a successful career.
Hours: 37 hour week Monday to Friday
