Fantastic and Rare Opportunity - working at a Senior Advisor role in a busy department
Varied HR generalist role providing support, guidance and advice to department heads throughout the business nationally.
In the role, you will build positive relationships with line managers providing guidance and advice on matters such as recruitment and employee relations; as well as supporting training and development plans also. You will have involvement with appraisals, and working across the department for resolution of escalated HR projects and queries, alongside a manager.
Immediate Start
Fantastic pay rate of £17-19.00 per hour (with experience)
Lovely team, and working environment
Great offices based near to Tunbridge Wells, can be office based or hybrid working
Monday-Friday 9-5
Ongoing temp role - time commitment to be agreed with candidate - minimum commitment 3 months; could reach up to 6 months or longer term
