We are an international haircare wholesaler with a company based in the UK and the Netherlands, looking for an accounts administrator to join our relaxed working environment. Flexible working hours (Mon-Fri between 10am-3pm, between 16-22 hours) and working from home for the right candidate. We would like someone who is competent at office Word and Excel with a strong attention to detail, who can manage emails and their workload.
Main Responsibilities
- Inputting sales orders, processing sales invoices, processing purchases invoices, making bank payments.
- Reconciling inter-company accounts, reconciling bank accounts, credit card expenses.
- Completing documents related to import/export shipments.
Occasional Jobs
- Supporting the sales team creating price offers and typing up sales onto the order system, managing shipments including getting transport quotes and booking in when required.
- Assisting the managing director with tasks such as scanning and printing.
Skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and methodical
- Previous accounts experience with Sage would be beneficial but not necessary
