PureCare is the local market leader in mental health social care and an exciting opportunity has arisen to manage our flagship mental health service, Rock House, a 15 bedded residential home based in the heart of Gillingham.
Our clients have a variety of mental health conditions and will generally be admitted to us from hospital settings. With our support, and where capable, our clients aim to transition back into the community.
The ideal candidate for this post will already have management experience in a care setting and will be qualified to QCF Level 5 (or equivalent).
You must possess the ability to get the best results for your clients and to get the best out of your colleagues.
Experience of managing and motivating staff and dealing with complex situations are essential, as is the ability to effectively engage with external agencies.
This role reports to PureCare’s Senior Manager, and is supported at Rock House by an experienced Deputy Manager and a large team of dedicated and professional care workers.
Start Date: Late April 2022
Salary: From £27,000-£32,000 per annum (pro rata’d), depending on experience
Working Hours: 9:00-17:30 Monday-Friday
Annual Leave Entitlement: 25 days per year (pro rata’d), plus bank holidays
Please note that a Disclosure and Barring Service check and employment references will be required. You must also have had at least two COVID-19 vaccinations before you can begin work at PureCare.
