We have an immediate and urgent temporary requirement for a Product Registration Assistant with a global manufacturing and established client in the area.

The role is urgently required to provide technical administrative support within the Team and is initially being present on a temporary basis for 4 weeks, with the possibility of extension thereafter.

The role is currently being presented on a 100% working from home basis but may move to 50% working from the office, depending on changes with the pandemic.

RESPONSBILITIES:
Collating Technical Documentation from your colleagues that is intended for Submission
Using Government websites – applying for certificates
Arranging legislation and notarisation of documents with the company notary board
Maintaining files
Database input
Liaising with distributors
General administrative tasks

YOU WILL REQUIRE:
Strong MS Office skills
Great communication skills and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Multi-tasking and good time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks
Strong team player

HOURS OF WORK ETC
37 hours per week
Favourable hourly rate
Weekly pay
Free parking
Working from home
