Preston Court Wedding Venue is looking for someone with experience in operations & hospitality to come and manage a small team at this family run, idyllic farm in east Kent. Preston Court is one of the most well respected venues in the UK and we love what we do. You need to be professional, very practical and a confident manager of people.
You would be responsible for overseeing and delivering some incredible weddings over an 8 month season. You will be starting with us some time in February, recruiting and training bar staff, ordering stock, setting up the venues & managing the venue. This is a demanding role and you will need to be very organised and good with delegating and problem solving.
If you are looking for a creative & dynamic role, not stuck behind a desk this could be a perfect fit.
Hours:
Summer season = 40-45 hrs per week approx.
Winter months = around 10 hrs work per week approx.
Salary: £35,000 plus holiday, Nest etc.
