Our highly experienced conveyancing department is looking for a property secretary to join its Canterbury team.
To be considered for the role you need to have a sound, up-to-date understanding of the residential conveyancing process. Additionally you would have worked within the legal environment and have successfully supported fee earners with transactional matters on the sale and purchase of residential properties, as part of your daily work.
Organisational skills are a must, along with the ability to prioritise your daily work and adhere to strict timeframes. This is an extremely busy team so you will need to be adaptable to meet the needs of the department and our clients.
IT skills are vital and previous experience of using a case management system would be desirable, however we do provide comprehensive training for everyone who joins the firm.
