How will you make an impact?

An exciting opportunity has become available for a personable and professional Warranty & Customer Service Advisor to join Watchfinder.

As the Warranty & Customer Service Advisor you will be at the forefront of the business, playing an integral part in the overall customer experience at Watchfinder.

Liaising with customers regarding their warranty claims, you will provide regular updates as to the status of their query, resolving any complaints in an efficient manner.

Working as part of a busy team you will deal with customer queries both over the phone and via email, collaborating with your team to ensure that all queries are resolved with a satisfactory outcome for the customer.

Liaise with customers regarding warranty claims, keeping the customer up to date throughout the whole process

Booking warranty appointments

Liaise with relevant departments making sure that warranty claims are being handled in a timely and efficient manner

Communicate any issues that may arise to the customer, ensuring that there is a positive resolution

Putting together and providing quotations

Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner

General administration, keeping customer records accurate and up to date
