An opportunity for an Admin / Accounts Assistant to become part of an growing Electrical & Mechanical contracting company based in Ashford Kent. We are looking for a loyal, trustworthy and committed individual to fulfil this role who enjoys organisation, administration and accounts as they are all vital to the position.
We as a company are looking for an individual to join our growing organisation that specialises in Electrical & Mechanical projects, maintenance and repair works.
As an Administrator and Accounts assistant you will be dealing with the day-to-day business admin, payroll, accounts and general business related compliance and training records. You will need to be confident over the phone as you will be the first point of contact for clients and all suppliers.
Ideally you will have previous administration and accounts experience with good computer skills. Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Sage Accounts.

This position is Part Time 3 to 4 days per week and working hours can be flexible between 9am - 3pm working from the Company office and on occasions from home.
