Administrator - Financial Services
Near Cranbrook

* Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm
* Annual Leave - Starting at 20 days rising to 25 days with 3-8 years of service

This very successful firm are seeking an administrator to join the team due to an internal promotion.

The role itself offers variety and job satisfaction as you will be:
Tasked with superb levels of support to clients and the team within the office.
You will be a key member of the team dealing with a wide range of tasks supporting your colleagues and clients. Full training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge.
You will be primarily involved with multiple admin activities, you will also manage and collate company data and act as a primary response for the phone system.
Meeting and greeting clients when they visit the office
Answering and directing phone calls and dealing with Client queries
Managing the database of clients and diary management for the Partner
Correspondence for clients and providers
Processing new business and writing basic suitability letters
Full training will be given and there is the opportunity to progress within the business

Team fit is incredibly important here so if you have a friendly, helpful nature, provide excellent service at all times, enjoy being in a professional working environment and have superb attention to detail, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Experience within financial services would be great however this isn't essential. Your attributes are more important such as planning, problem solving, being IT proficient in MS Office and having the ability to build rapport with people.
