COVERHOLDER TECHNICIAN to £40,000
We are currently looking for an Assistant Coverholder Technician to join our Coverholder Team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to provide the team with administrative support in relation to binder business and the teams day-to-day activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Bordereau management and analysis.
* Processing of in-house broker records on both premium and claims.
* Use of DDM / ECF systems to process data.
* Assistance in the preparation of ad-hoc reports.
* Assistance with monthly reconciliation exercises.
Experience
* 1 - 2 years' experience;
* Lloyd's and London Market processing arrangements for premiums and claims;
* Xchanging systems and processes; and
* Underwriting processes, controls and systems.
Skills
* High attention to detail and ensures high standards of accuracy and data integrity.
* Analytical and problem solving.
* Numerate.
* Good communication skills, both written and oral.
Systems & I.T
* Eclipse (or other underwriting systems);
* London market systems (Xchanging / Lloyd's); and
* Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook.
Qualifications
* Foundation level insurance exams (desirable but not essential).
