Joining a high performance team, you will play a crucial role in the company continuing to meet client and candidate demand, and continuing their ethos of exceptional service delivery
The role entails managing the full end to end recruitment service supply - account managing an existing portfolio of clients in their specialist sectors, and also undertaking business development via outbound calls, client meetings and inputting to marketing and advertising initiatives also.
The role carries a generous salary of up to £30,000 and reward package (related to performance £OTE 10,000 y1) - including an above-market bonus scheme
Great role as you will be supported to hit the ground running quickly, working on a busy ‘desk’ with excellent pre-existent opportunity, and ultra modern databases and tech systems
The ideal candidate for this role will come from a relevant background of experience and have well developed communication skills used in a professional setting such as recruitment, proactive customer services, account management, or sales. Although this is not essential
Instead you must have core skills and attributes of self motivation, results orientation, highly developed written and verbal English communication skills, customer care focus, attention to detail and commercial sales acumen
