Location: Ashford (Office based)

Salary: £45k-£55k

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

The role of Marketing Manager is a position that allows your department to be a funnel of promotion and lead generation to the companies sales department, through aligned goals between the sales team and marketing team. Communication is paramount to set goals and the pathway of the joint team strategy and the reviewing of data to see the effectivity of the plan.

The role requires a scientific understanding of marketing and the development of the current structure, whilst building to reach new agreed goals for the company. This exciting role becomes more rewarding, the more you see the snowball effect of interest in our products and services.

The role also comes with the coveted opportunity to join the leadership team and work alongside other department heads, to develop and deliver the company vision.

Your key responsibilities as the Marketing Manager:

* Create attention grabbing promotional campaigns to target aspirational clients.
* Generate marketing materials for the promotion or company achievements, accreditation's, etc.
* Consistently manage workflow and build new content.
* Inspire and manage your team, which will grow as you succeed.
* Weekly marketing meeting with updates to the company and sales team.
* Report website performance, lead generation, conversions.
* Generate a weekly customer email selling aged stock A/O promoting new trends.
* Promote the quality and vision of the company to build key relationships with large clients and secure new business.
* Uphold and improve the company's growing branded image.
* Maintain a good understanding of the products, focussing on new trending concepts and formats, pitching key ideas for the sales team to sell on.
* Ensure that content is added frequently to the website and always promoted.
* Support the install of the new company CRM/ERP system.
