Marketing Executive

£circa 25,000 per annum DOE + excellent benefits

Office Hours (Mon-Fri) - Option to move to Hybrid Working - 2 days in office and 3 remote following training period

Working within a team of 5 working directly with the Head of Marketing within this new exciting role where you will join a supportive team and work within the Digital and Social Media elements of Marketing.

What the role involves?

Design:

- Be a confident user of software from Adobe Creative Suite including ideally InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

- Create and update adverts and marketing communications documents as needed for campaigns

- Video creation

- Film and edit short videos for use on social media

Online/Web:

- Website management including adding content

- Manage, input and assist with developing social media campaigns aimed at attracting interest and building profiles

- Monitoring the performance of ongoing campaigns and producing reports for the team

- Develop knowledge of online marketing best practice (social media, SEO, Google analytics, etc.)

- Assist with the management of the day to day relationship with the company website and SEO agencies to ensure both are performing as expected

- Manage web enquiries

Social Media:

- Responsibility for the social media accounts, ensuring regular content is added / scheduled

- Post approved content on the social media accounts such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook

- Advising the team on key campaign dates and proactively managing these deadlines

You will need to have relevant Marketing experience (Digital and Social Media) to bring to the role, the team are sociable and have a great 'team spirit'. If there are some areas that you need support on, they will provide this but overall you will be able to 'hit the ground running' on Marketing areas, but learn the way they work and processes.
