Monday to Friday (1 in 3 Saturday mornings)



We are currently recruiting for a Weighbridge Operator to join our well-established client based in Mid Kent, on a full time and permanent basis!

Duties include:

* Operating weighbridge
* Directing traffic
* Checking incoming loads to ensure compliance with licenses
* Completing documentation and collecting signatures
* Processing documentation
* Reporting all errors, hazards and risks immediately
* Communicating with customers via phone, email and face to face to answer their queries and build strong relationships
* Assisting with admin and customer service duties
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and other policies, reporting issues immediately
* Attending training sessions
* Collaborating with others, working well together to ensure a safe working environment



Experience required:

* Experience working within a customer facing role
* Key customer service skills
* Teamwork
* Possess effective communication skills
* Demonstrate a good working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel
* Have achieved a minimum of Grade C in GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English
