My client is a leading financial services business based in Kent.  A consistent and prolonged period of growth, both in local and international markets, has established the need for an experienced Operations Manager to work across the different internal technical departments, developing best practices, driving various projects and enhancing the overall service to the business.  You will work with a variety of internal stakeholders, proactively working on a variety of business and process improvement projects.  You will monitor and evaluate business KPI`s and provide technical support and insight for business leaders.

Applicants will possess extensive sector experience within financial services or insurance and be a consummate professional, with first class communication and influencing skills. You`ll enjoy managing multiple projects, with this role offering early exposure to senior managers across the organisation.  As an individual you`ll enjoy striving to challenge the status quo and enjoy engaging with others to develop new ways of thinking.
