No Letting Go provides inventory management services within the lettings industry. We have over 80 franchised offices nationwide, and have an opportunity for a Marketing/Digital Manager on a full time, permanent basis at our head office.
You will be responsible for driving the marketing function to increase lead generation for our franchised offices and centrally via the website. This will include marketing audits, increasing local and national visibility via social media and ppc, website performance and budget management.
The role requires analysis, report building and utilising a range of technology solutions. Therefore, strong IT skills are required.
If you have marketing and/or digital experience, thoroughly enjoy getting stuck into all aspects of marketing and operational actions then this could be the perfect role for you.
Your duties will include:
• Manage the marketing budget
• Develop the digital marketing plan to deliver lead generation - including web, social media, ppc and E- marketing alongside our digital partners
• Use effective marketing materials to launch new services
• Running and analysing relevant reports
• Promote the brand and develop innovative communication strategies & activities to build the brand name
Strong customer focus
B2B marketing and/or digital experience
Property/lettings experience is an advantage
Strong IT skills
Ability to work independently
