HR Administrator

Sevenoaks

Office Hours (9-5.15pm Monday - Friday).

Excellent benefits - 22 days annual leave + BH, Excellent Pension Contributions, Private Medical Insurance (after 1 years service) with BUPA, Health cash Plan, PRP (Performance Related Bonus discretionary). Can apply for Hybrid working following training period (1-2days).

Are you looking for a role and career within HR? Do you have a passion for HR and/or studying your CIPD?

Office Angels are working with a fantastic professional organisation who are looking to add to their small HR team. You will have full support from the HR Director and HR Senior Officer and work within a busy administration capacity to support the team and organisation of 60+staff.

- Daily aspects of HR including recruitment from placing internal and external advertisements, liaising with recruitment agencies and arranging interviews, carrying out pre-employment checks, to liaising with internal and external candidates.

- Manage the new starter process from offer stage through to induction and set up, maintain and update new and existing employee details.

- You will handle maternity, paternity and parental leave procedures and queries and administer other HR processes such as training, performance management, compensation and benefits and leavers.

This is a fast paced and crucial role within a busy HR department offering ownership and the opportunity to get involved in projects and initiatives, whilst developing your HR knowledge and skills.

Qualities Required:

Ideally HR related/proven administrative experience in a similar fast paced, professional environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Advanced in using Microsoft Office suite ie Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

Highly organised with a 'can do' attitude.
