Sales Administrator with Order Management skills - locally based in Swale Full time permanent role with immediate start available
We are representing a well-established company based in Swale who are seeking a polished and professional self starter to join their incredibly busy and fast paced Sales Administration team.
Duties for this role will include:
Providing first class customer service over the phone and by email
Liaise with internal team : warehouse/transport and sales teams
Liaise with internal teams regarding customer deliveries and payments
Processing payments and update information accurately
Processing and booking in orders directly with customers
Product advice and sales order management
The candidate will have/be:
Strong customer service experience in a B2B sector business
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
A meticulous attention to detail
Computer literate in all Microsoft programmes including Excel skills
