HR Temp - Tunbridge Wells
Fantastic Opportunity to join a Busy, Thriving, Highly Respected Business on an immediate start
Ongoing temp assignment, with opportunity (no obligation) for consideration on the perm role
Joining the HR Team, you will take on a varied generalist HR set of responsibilities, working alongside a brilliant HR Manager, and wider team. Assisting meeting the needs of the function, your role will be varied - ranging recruitment (departmental advertising, arranging interviews, making offers, processing new starters and contracts admin), to learning and development (employee on boarding, scheduling internal & external training and development, managing L&D administration plans), Payroll admin (collating payroll information, liaison with accounts function, managing payroll queries), Hr data system management as well as ad hoc projects
Based in T. Wells - easy access from train or car!
M-F 35 hr work week + optional paid over time
Lovely business - supportive team culture
Pay Rate To Be Agreed
Could be a good route into a permanent role - Alternatively would be excellent experience for anyone pursuing an HR career!
You must have minimum 1 year experience in a relevant position - such as HR or payroll
Candidates should be able to access Tunbridge Wells offices Monday-Friday
