We are pleased to be assisting our client in their search for a Service Manager (IPS Specialist) based in Folkestone.

Working with 3 Employment Advisors, the successful candidate will be managing the day to day delivery, development and improvement of the service as well as hold a caseload of clients.

This role will require you to work alongside the Area Manager to develop the quality and improvement of the service, monitoring their impact and effectiveness.

To succeed in this role you must have significant experience of delivering employment services, experience of collaborating and working with multiple partner organisations, experience of making autonomous decisions to manage teams e.g. capacity planning, adapting models to meet service needs and experience of improving and managing services, projects or contracts.

The role also requires you to have an understanding of health and social care landscape, with the knowledge and commitment to client involvement and co-production. There needs to be an understanding of client risk and safeguarding issues and application in practice, including associated statutory and practice requirements, plus the knowledge of regulatory data protection, governance and risk management requirements.

You will need to have a full UK Driving Licence (DVLA checks will be carried out) and access to a car. Good mileage paid, 45p a mile. 25 days holiday rising to 30 after 5 years.

The starting salary of £27,800pa will rise through increments to £30,693 after 5 years' service.
