Recruitment Consultant - Fully remote based

Recruitment Consultant - Salary Negotiable & Very Competitive - Fully remote based

Atlas Recruitment Group are currently looking for a number of recruiters to join our remote team. Ideally you will have a background in either IT, finance, or engineering recruitment or be a generalist 'business support' recruiter.

Within this role you will be responsible for a full lifecycle, 360 recruitment process and will be expected to manage your own desk of clients while attracting more through completely non restricted business development. You will be well versed in working on a wide range of positions, ideally within both a permanent and contract sphere (although this is not essential) and will have experience of recruiting for positions from graduates & juniors, all the way up to senior management. The ideal candidates for these roles will be self motivated, with drive and determination, an excellent work ethic and impeccable communication skills when dealing with clients, candidates and colleagues. You will be expected to self manage your own desk and will be capable of working independently of others as well as part of a wider team.
