Premier Work Support are currently partnering with a well-regarded multi-office law firm based in Bexleyheath. Our client is currently looking to recruit a permanent Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive.
This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE, who has experience of running their own caseload utilising computerised case management system technology. You will have the ability to handle a variety of technical transactions registered and unregistered titles.
Requirements
* Exposure of handling a high volume caseload of conveyancing matters
* Experience with sales & purchases of Freehold and Leasehold properties, remortgages and Transfers of Equity.
* Exposure to New Build Transactions and Shared Ownership Schemes desirable.
* Experience with Case Management Systems along with use of the Land Registry Portal.
