An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced FP&A Manager to join a highly successful business based in Medway.
The key aspect to this role is to provide support for cost management, budgets whilst providing income reports to the board.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills with experience presenting essential findings to key stakeholders.
You will ideally be working towards your formal accountancy qualifications with the aim to progress within a finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and distribute monthly cost reporting.
* Support the group with the preparation of budgets and cost analysis.
* Ownership of the business strategy
* Working with the FBP and FP&A Analyst to ensure that all pricing is in line with the strategy
* Preparation of monthly performance decks, including analysis of financial and operational performance vs budget and forecasts.
* Look to improve current and create new financial models
Person Specification:
* At least 2 years' experience working within an analytical role.
* Strong with different type of accountancy systems.
* Good understanding of the purchase order process.
* Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills (this will be tested)
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Progressing towards a formal accountancy qualification
