A Body Shop Supervisor is required for a well regarded, leading employer in East Kent.
Within this role you will be the initial contact point for all Body Shop staff and be responsible for identifying staffing requirements and performance related issues.
Duties:
* Leading a team of operatives and oversee the day to day operations
* Support the team in meeting deadlines and KPI's
* Take the lead on quality matters, standards, process efficiency and cost effectiveness
* Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
Person spec:
* Previous experience working within a Body Shop
* Experience of dealing with day to day HR/staff issues
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure, be organised and work effectively
Immediate start is available working full-time Monday to Friday 0700-1700 on an on-going temporary basis.
