Come and work for CAF and play a pivotal role ensuring CAF Bank (a subsidiary of CAF) delivers its compliance and regulatory obligations. You will work with a range of like-minded individuals who are passionate in helping our charities thrive, supporting them with their everyday banking needs.
We are looking for an experienced individual to ensure appropriate compliance obligations are designed, embedded, and adhered to across our firm. Reporting into the Compliance Manager, you will undertake the firm’s compliance monitoring, regulatory horizon scanning, provide regulatory advice to the business and Senior Management, and complete regulatory reporting.
We are looking for:
• Compliance experience relating to retail banking, in particular the FCA & PRA regulatory rules and guidance.
• A background of developing and leading compliance monitoring programmes and undertaking regulatory horizon scanning.
• Experience of communicating to Executive level and Senior Management.
You will work within a small risk and compliance team, critical to the running of the firm and will be a key contact for any compliance issues.
