• Experienced Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer desirable not essential
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• An understanding of care work would be desirable but not essential
• Will need to enjoy speaking with people, selling and building relationships
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Work well as a team to achieve targets
• Would suit an individual who thinks outside the box bringing fresh ideas
