Our client, a leading pharmaceutical organisation is looking for an experienced Analytical Development Scientist to help in developing and frame working testing methodology in a laboratory setting. The successful candidate will be versed and experience in method development and experienced in working with a team dealing with validating and testing methods for analysing chemical/material samples



A working knowledge built on a foundation of experience will serve you well in this role.



Analytical Development Scientist responsibilities

* Testing method development and transfers
* Ensuring correct and safe storage procedures are adhered to
* Testing and method validation
* Support product, production, and investigations
* Facilitate introduction of new equipment
* Ensure all chemical waste is dealt with in accordance with regulations
* Follow and live by safety and ICH compliance in role
* Calibration of instrumentation for testing
* Produce reports/feedback in a time sensitive environment





Candidate requirements

* Minimum of one years' experience in role or similar role is essential
* Working knowledge of GLP/GC/ICH requirements would be highly desirable for the role
* Honours degree in biological/chemical testing in pharma is essential
* High level of attention to detail is a prerequisite for role
* Excellent problem-solving abilities required for day-to-day operations
* A high level of communication across all formats (verbal, written) is highly desirable
