We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our busy and friendly team. You’ll be working with one client area so that you can build your knowledge and relationships and tailor your service to that workforce and business. You’ll be delivering support, guidance and advice on employee relations matters, recruitment and the application of HR policies and procedures.
If you join our team you will:
~Enjoy a lot of autonomy in the planning of your work and your working time - keeping our customers happy as well, of course.
~Work as a generalist HR professional amongst others and so you’ll learn from and find support from your colleagues and you’ll do the same for them.
~Be proud to be part of a high performing HR team - but don’t worry we all help each other with this.
~Enjoy a varied caseload and workforce.
~Derive job satisfaction through making a difference to our staff by turning your hand to all areas of HR to make that difference.
As the work we deal with is varied and fast-paced you will need to be confident, resilient, experienced and credible. You will be fully supported to grow and develop quickly, and you’ll be managing your own workload, multi-tasking and delivering on the HR agenda.
