We are an IT Support/Software Development company based in Medway, looking to recruit an enthusiastic Office Junior to join our team.
As you’ll be at the centre of a growing company, your role will be to ensure the smooth running of the office.
CORE FUNCTIONS
General office administration:
-Telephone call answering / filtering / message taking
-Welcoming and hospitality for visitors
-Logging any overnight / out of hour’s messages left on answerphone
-Weekly grocery & stationery inventories to ensure all stock is up to date and ordering more when necessary
-Managing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
-Booking in collections with couriers
-Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
-Updating contact lists on the company database
-Ad-hoc duties, including running personal errands and booking lunches
Helpdesk administration and support:
-Creating support tickets in system
-Triage of calls – to identify whether calls are new or follow-up
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
-Strong attention to detail
-Ability to work without supervision
-Excellent time management skills
-Exceptional communication and customer service skills
-Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
-Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
-Ability to handle confidential information
-Strong record keeping skills
-Ability to Multitask
