Looking for an electrical support engineer for 1st line customer service on UK products and applications.
The primary role is supporting on low voltage installation products and their applications. This includes helping customers understand how to test and fault find electrical installations & systems and interpret the test results.
It involves the requirement for reactive support by telephone, email and other channels and also proactive support by means of creating application notes, 'how to' videos and social media interaction.
It is a technical role and requires an understanding of electrical systems, test and measurement principles and the processes of asset condition assessment.
Skills and Knowledge
* Experience working with and testing electrical systems, 18th Edition and C&G2391 or equivalent preferred
* Computer skills (for MS Office packages, social platforms)
