Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Assistant for our client, an internationally recognised organisation based in Dover.
Salary: Up to £25,000 DOE
Working within the IT team, this role will assist the Business Systems Partner to improve business processes and provide ongoing support and training to users of the Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) system.
Responsibilities Include
• Communicating with colleagues to understand requirements and issues
• Providing updates on progress and resolutions
• Producing and maintaining user guides
• Providing targeted training to new and existing users
• Assisting with identifying potential improvements to processes, procedures and practices
• Supporting the business adoption of Microsoft 365 initiatives
Skills and Qualifications:
• Good standard of education
• Previous experience of providing support with one or more of the following: - ERP - Microsoft 365 - Process documentation
• Experience of dealing with internal and external customers
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate creative and critical thinking skills
• Full driving licence and use of own vehicle preferred
